The FRD2 Tip Action fly rods are designed for the angler who wants greater reliability in a fast action Fly Rod. Made from unidirectional high modulus graphite with a stealth finish and single foot guides, Brier Wood or Salt Water Reel Seats they cover a broad spectrum of conditions. Their applications range from small freshwater streams, to large rivers, and saltwater. Targeted species are from Spring Creek Trout, to Saltwater Flats Bonefish. The series consists of 6 two-piece rods, 6 three-piece rods, and 4 four-piece rods in line weights 5 to 8.  Like all Gatti fly rods, the FRD2 series is manufactured to the most exacting standards using the finest components and craftsmanship.
